This would be a 4.5 star if I could give one. Usually, I order delivery from here and the food is always so good. More specifically though, this review is for my first visit in like two years to the actual restaurant in Cupertino. It was incredibly hot outside on a Saturday afternoon but the A/C was unfortunately not that strong inside. A good amount of the tables were taken up by either dining parties or dirty dishes of old parties who didn't clean up after themselves before leaving. Given, there don't seem to be any big signs telling customers to clean up after themselves but it's just the nice thing to do. The woman working at the register was really nice. After ordering, we waited about 20 minutes until our food was ready which I didn't mind. Weirdly though, I would hear loud shouts and bangs from the kitchen ever so often but chose not to pay attention. As for the food, I got the mansaf, which I usually get, and it seemed to be very popular as I saw almost every table have one on the table. It was delicious as always with the basmati rice and nice, big chunks of lamb. I do recommend keeping the toasted almonds on top for some added texture/ crunch to the dish. The baklava crumble was just okay. It was a bit too much crumble and not enough baklava for me but it was a bit refreshing since it was a hot day. Bathroom was clean.

My go to place to have Mediterranean American fusion in the bay area. Chicken Shawarma, vegetarian wrap and falafel wrap are my go-to foods here and they're amazing. Lentil soup as a side goes very well with the plates. Falafels are aromatic and crispy. The sauces/dips here are so special and add great flavor. The service is good and ambience too. The veggies were big cauliflower chunks this time I visited. So reducing one star.

I've been to several of the "family" of Dish Dash's throughout the South Bay, but never this one! The quality and consistency of the food is what keeps me coming back. Specifically, I love their "Beriani Dejaj," which is not really a biryani, but a hearty chicken & rice dish marinated in a delicious yogurt sauce. The portion is also huge (shareable between two people, or a very filling dinner for one). I also think their hummus is some of the best in the Bay, and I'm a fan of the "with shawarma" version, specifically lamb. Because I've been a regular visitor of their flagship location in Sunnyvale, I hadn't realized you can get the same dishes at their "fast casual" locations. Interestingly, as of writing, the Beriani dish is about $8 cheaper here than it is in Sunnyvale, for literally the exact same dish. Strangely the hummus is the same at $15 (a bit steep, but it's really good). Combined with not having to account for a larger tip at this location since there's no table service, my order was about $20 cheaper than in Sunnyvale. Need less to say, I will be coming back to their Cupertino location to get my Dish Dash fix in the future!

There are a lot of lunch spots in this area- and there's a reason this place is always slammed. The food is consistent, good variety of middle eastern options, and prices are fair for what you get. IMO the best deal is the chicken shawarma plate- its a huge portion for like $17 (which feels steep until you realize you can make a 2nd meal out of it). All the sauces, tahini, hummus, etc are delicious and great compliments to the dish- as is the pita. Haven't had a bad meal here, tbh. But get there a little early. Right before noon on weekdays, the line goes out the door.

Fast casual restaurant, ordering at the counter and bussing your own table but with a sit down restaurant price. Came for the Mansaf and it was pretty tasty. It looked like curry but it was more like a yogurt sauce, very light. Lamb was super tender and not gamy at all. Also got the Chicken Kebab which was a pretty big portion, chicken had a decent char, average falafel. I also thought the dipping sauce from the bar was a nice touch - cilantro, yogurt, chipotle mayo.

Yum, I always love when we get to eat at Dish n Dash! We've come here multiple times and have always enjoyed what we ordered. The pulled sumac chicken and beef kebab were both flavorful and delicious the last time we went. I love the roasted red pepper walnut dip - so good with everything! Their free sauce bar is also the best. I always load up on the garlic yogurt sauce. Parking is easy in the plaza and there's indoor seating as well as a covered patio out back. Definitely a favorite fast casual place to eat!

Tasty and healthy food - I'd definitely be interested in coming back. The ingredients tasted fresh; only complaint was that the pita was a little hard. Service was surprisingly slow (exacerbated by the fact that our buzzer was broken), but hopefully they can live up to their name next time. Very clean and spacious inside with lots of sports on the TVs.

I really like this place! It was really busy when I arrived (late afternoon) but it calmed down after a few minutes. Ordering was very quick, they have menus by the register and if you're ordering for sit-down they hand you a buzzer. Then you're free to sit anywhere you'd like. Though it was full the wait for food was only around 15 minutes. The food itself was very yummy. I had the beef shawarma and two sides (garlic sauce and fries). The meat was perfectly cooked and the seasoning on the fries was so good with the garlic sauce. I will definitely be coming here again.
